For balance... The fridge wasn't faulty, just needed defrosting (and cleaning). Tenant failed to understand that this was their responsibility. Despite this, we had an engineer on site the same day (who simply told them to defrost it). Charges made after tenant continued to be uncooperative. We reduced charges upon further negotiation. Naturally their final swipe is to leave a bad review. Pity. ...

Dear Reader, It is a pity that the landlord decided to retract and reduce their original review. A major leak led to several weeks of instensive property management including remedial works that we worked tirelessly and professionally to complete on behalf of the landlord, whilst retaining the tenant.
