We were quite unfortunate to experience a few damages in our apartment, not related to misuse from residents side. This had to do with curtain hangers falling off the bedroom as well as a shelf from the living room being disconnected. Covering every detail of the workings by email so there would be no rework it all proceeded fine. Additionally, there was follow up after every visit from the maintanance team so she can get feedback and proceed with further actions if needed.
