Terrible letting agent. Once you have rented, if you have a problem its near impossible to get them to address it. They have possible the rudest staff I have ever encounter in my life (this is obviously after they have your money, before they have your money they are reasonably polite). I would avoid this company like the plague.

Fees are taken for everything possible, for example when we wanted to change our electricity supplier, they charged a fee; for maintenance requests, there is a fee. Administration fees are huge - ‚£850 for a four bedroom house.

Worst agency I have ever dealt with. The manager is rude and unprofessional. The flat is fitted with items not fit for use.When I moved in the flat was supposedly preferentially cleaned - Everything was covered with dust and a chair left in room covered with what looked like menstrual blood.
