We came across Comfort Lettings by a recommendation from a current landlord who uses the firm. The website was such a refreshing change from the usual agency sites. There were a great range of internal and external photographs of each property, and a full description of the property in question. No corners had been cut (unlike most lettings descriptions) and the same care was taken with marketing the rental properties as most agents take with sales. Tom organised 2 viewings for us at very short notice (as we were only in the city for a couple of days) despite these being over a weekend. All of our questions were answered well, he had a great knowledge of the property in question and there was no unprofessional 'sales waffle' that we had heard from so many agents who clearly knew little of the houses we were viewing. Also, upon viewing the property in question, we were given a booklet of printed details about the property, the kind you only normally get with the sale of a property. Measurements of rooms, photos and a full description were included. Paperwork is progressing swiftly with our let and we get updates to let us know what's going on. What a different experience to the other agents! We had been lied to, fobbed off, had our time wasted and witnessed such unprofessional behaviour from other agents that we were extremely relieved to find such an ethical company as Comfort Lettings. Very pleased with them indeed.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
