Last October I had an issue with my tenant (sourced by another agency, who shall remain nameless, think mini) not paying rent. Jay Clarke advised me of the best course of action and even negotiated on my behalf with the tenant. After a couple of weeks back and forth we came to a mutual agreement and my old tenant left. Morgan Randall then found a new tenant for me and he has been in my apartment for 3 months so far and we haven't had any problems.
