I would definitely recommend Harrison Ingram for the sale of a house in the local area. This agent was recommended to us by friends and they were true to the recommendation.
What we liked about them was that they knew the area. Our house backed onto the local period Progress Estate and whilst other agencies didn't really know what that estate was (Foxton's thought they were just nice little cottages), Harrison Ingram knew the whole history of the area.
The other aspect which we really liked was their apparent genuine advice. We never once felt pressured into doing something (lowering the asking price, accepting low offers). They were working for us.
Staff were always friendly and polite too which made the whole experience very pleasurable.
I am surprised to see so many negative reviews on this site for this agent. This was certainly not my experience. I would recommend this agent to anyone selling in the Eltham area.

What agent could do to change your mind?
