Very poor communication.
As a buyer I have contacted helling Massey numerous times regarding properties. All of which have had no response. I can now see why helling Massey seem to have properties on the market for long periods of time....

I sold a property through them after using other estate agents who didn't have the passion and commitment as helling massey. They live sleep and dream property. I would highly recommend them....
