Very bad company never return calls. over charging contractors. Late payments i i know of alot of people who regret using this company. They missed my rent for 3 months i was seriously out of pocket.

Worst experience ever. It's been over 12 months and I'm still waiting for the final months rent. Would not recommend as they definitely do not pride themselves in delivering good customer service. Stay away especially if you have multiple properties or are an overseas landlord....
