We dealt with Pembertons as tenants, when we rented a flat in South Hampstead, and, a year later, as buyers of a flat in Maida Vale. Both experiences with them were outstanding. As tenants, we really enjoyed the quality of the property we rented. In addition, they responded to our request to fix a problem involving the drain of the kitchen in a quick and professional manner getting an expert to unblock the pipe within hours. The South Hampstead team were absolutely helpful and we enjoyed their friendly support and excellent service throughout our tenancy. When looking to purchase a flat, we were addressed to the Maida Vale branch where we met with Michael, the enthusiastic and inspiring director of Pembertons. Listening to our needs and budget, he was able to arrange the view of some properties that matched our requirements. After the first view, we were able to arrange a second view of those flats we were really interested in and a third view of the flat we decided to buy. The entire process, from our offer till the completion of the contract and the consignment of the keys, was smoothly negotiated by Michael who kept us constantly informed on what was going on. Also the team in Maida Vale were always helpful and supportive in tune with Michael, the capable director. If you need an estate agent, do not look further and go for them: they are the best and I would happily use their service again.
