The one redeeming factor is the lack of agency fees, however I would recommend keeping an extremely close eye on your deposit

Latymers have a dedicated property management team who work tirelessly to ensure that any issues raised are resolved as efficiently and effectively as possible. The suggestion that Latymers did not do any work required is simply false. No query raised was not addressed promptly and in this case particular care was taken to ensure that the best possible outcome was achieved on behalf of the tenants.

That could not be true, we have a very strict policy when dealing with tenant's deposits and we always use independent accredited inventory clerks and fully protect all our tenants's deposits with mydeposits.co.uk. If you've had any issue with your deposit, I will be happy to resurrect your file no matter how old it is and review the inventory and the reports produced by the clerk and put it before an arbitrator to reach a fair conclusion to all parties. ...
