we had arranged for a viewing at 5pm and we were on the tube at 4:15,it was a 40 minute journey we got into the estate agents and 'james' told us that the property had let and that he had phoned us an hour and a half ago,we checked our phones but had no miss calls and no messages,turns out he didn't phone an hour and a half before the viewing but 30 minutes before the viewing!
so it was a complete waste of a journey and all the estate agent could say was well i did phone,and he made us feel like idiots! worst estate agents we have ever been into.avoid letting with them at all costs
What agent could do to change your mind?
been honest about when he phoned us,not been so rude when we met him and try phoning earlier so we don't waste 2 hours of our time!
