I found two properties in their internet site, suitable for us in different dates. First they took all my details (twice) and then they inform me that the owners in both cases don't accept children (i have two children). In both cases the property was described as a "family house, near good schools" ! I am wondering what kind of family is interested about good schools without children!!!!!!
The advertisement is either completely misleading or is just an agency trick because they don't want self employed people.

We take your comments on board and I am sorry we could not help you with your lettings requirements at this time. We take all your information (and that of any other tenant enquiry) so that we may be able advise you of any rental houses we have become available that may be suitable for you, The houses in question did not state 'family house' however the schools were mentioned as part of standard information we provide on Keyworth. The owner of the second property may consider older children which is why we did not state 'no children'. We shall look at changing the wording of any adverts in the future depending on the owners specifications. All tenant applications are considered, whether self employed or employed, we have a referencing procedure in place for applicants that take all sorts of criteria into consideration.
We hope we may be able to help you with your rental requirements in the Future.
