Terrible agency. Conveniently could never seem to contact landlord when repairs were needed but were quick enough to contract us when they wanted something! Still trying to get our deposit back now. They are so picky on the final inspection, things like a piece of cotton on the floor or some dust on shelving. We hired a professional carpet cleaner to come and clean the carpets, and he stated that carpets could not be cleaned anymore as they were worn and at the end of their life. But because they don't use that company they won't accept his opinion on the state of the carpets and are trying to hold back nearly 1/4 of our deposit! Terrible company...would recommend everyone stays away from them! The sooner that company goes under the better!
