I have nothing but praise for Loren, she dealt with everything from start to finish and was absolutely brilliant. She helped with our sale and purchase. I felt I could ring at any time and nothing was too much trouble - I had total confidence in her throughout the whole process. If I move again I wouldn't hesitate in using Helmores again, it is without question the best estate agents I've ever used. They offer a 5* service.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
