These people are a useless waste of space, they are supposed to "manage" our building - they are shocking in this role, I have never experienced such profound arrogance from people in a supposed customer relations role.
It has been impossible to deal with them in a sensible manner and the lessees cannot get legible and sensible accounts from them about how they are spending OUR money, despite numerous requests.
The lifts don't work - William Maugham in the Bournemouth Office denies knowing about the lift problem and states categorically that there isn't a problem with it. I hope that it isn't you that gets shut in it for hours on end next time!
The staff tell lies to get rid of you on the phone, they lie to the freeholder too - these managing agents should be canned, the sooner the better as far as I'm concerned. They recently unilaterally decided to change the locks and sent out only 1, yes 1 set of keys to the owners with no explanation as to why....I heard from Asset Trust that the building was broken into, now why did the managing agent, Goadsby not feel it was part of their remit to tell the lessees that? It is sickeningly bad mannered and merely shows how badly managed it is!
Come on Asset Trust - do us a favour and get someone else who knows what they're doing to manage the place.. this is no longer funny!
