Awful, awful customer service. Got mislead into paying for the sign up fees in the hope that we would have a guaranteed pass. Basically they lied to us and we didn't pass, when we queried this and asked for help finding something else they threw paperwork at us and acted very aggressive. (This was the manager by the way!) They then said they would help us into a property, and then went back on their word. Laura (girl with terrible attitude) personally turned up to our door with half our referencing fees and shouted at us never to come back to the agents. ( Like we would want to..?) then when I realised they still had my tax credits award form they gave me a very bad attitude over the phone and told me to 'come and get them myself' after their terrible assistant Laura told us not no turn up again. Clueless people doing this job obviously for a joke. Abysmal.
