We rented with Dexters a year ago and experienced lots of issues starting from the day we asked for a viewing. First they cancelled viewings a couple of time, then they did not have the keys for the property we have been interested in but showed us a couple of other not yet advertised flats. We had several attempts to view the flat we now live in - when we finally managed to arrange a time and date we have been ushered through the flat in 2 minutes as it was already late evening and the girl showing the flat wanted to go home.
Once we signed the contract, they kept calling us everyday, chasing us to pay the deposit and the fees.
We agreed to rent the flat under a couple of conditions, all have been promised to us but never fulfilled - which of course we found out when we moved in.
Their customer service is more than horrible. When we complained they made us look as it all has been our fault and they have done everything right.
Once you agree to something, they are very quick getting things set up and solved for their own interest. When it comes to the client/tenants and their interests, they don't seem to care until you get annoyed and angry. And then they are quick blaming you.
