They are abysmal as estate agents and have total disregard for their duty of care to their tenants. Ashview Estates can only be described as rude, disrespectful and extremely unhelpful. They way they conduct themselves over the phone is appalling and only seem to want to get rid of you as soon as possible.
Advice was also given to us by this estate agents that would have lead to the landlord taking legal action against us. They clearly do not understand their roles, responsibilities and legal obligations as estate agents.
There has been numerous occasions where our lives were put at risk as a direct result of another tenant and there was no intervention from the estate agents to mitigate the danger to our healths or the property itself.
If you do choose to use this estate agents you do so at risk of injury, harm, legal action and severe lack of customer service.
This estate agents should not be in business and should be taken off the map!
