Adrian and his team were very professional and helpful, right from the start. We were kept updated with progress every week, even if there was nothing new to report. We definitely had the impression that the Carter Duthie team care about their customers. I had dreaded having to deal with an estate agent, but Carter Duthie were great.

This is a vexatious and malicious review from a disgruntled former tenant that admitted lying to secure the property in the first instance and were found by the independent DPS arbitrator to have committed multiple breaches the terms of the tenancy agreement. Despite agreeing to accept the decision of an independent arbitrator the tenants are now clearly venting there misplaced bitterness at ourselves and the reputation of our business. We don't just list houses for sale, but think about the best way to advertise based on who we are targeting and focusing on the strengths and benefits of the property.
