One star only as no option for 0 stars. Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Charges are raised constantly for services that are not done including cleaning and repair. Charges increase year on year whilst the services are not done. In our property the front door has been broken for 2 years but cannot be fixed. The accounts never add up with any shortfall added to your bill but I repeat NO MAINTENANCE IS EVER DONE for the monies that are paid.
This dereliction of our block resulted in section 20 works running into the thousands being required so although this disgraceful business neglected the building for years we as tenants had an extra bill to foot for repairs.
We formed a committee to challenge this and the bill for each flat reduced from 6k to 2k once we investigated the costs as a group. Absolutely fraud, this company should be banned.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE FLU - They are terrible.
I really cannot put into words how absolutely hopeless this company is. Thieves and liars.
Special mention to the two * John Ryan & David Evans (or dumb and dumber as we all call them) how you sleep at night I don't know **.
Sorry to repeat myself but just to re-iterate, AVOID AT ALL COST.

why don't you complain to the property ombudsman, they are very helpful, do something about them, take charge-don't be a victim
