Having gone through the valuation with three different estate agents, we settled on Country Properties over another close contender because I found James' valuation and narrative more 'honest.' He sold Country Properties, he didn't rave on about our property as others had done. He could see the flaws and we talked about it openly. This is what sold Country Properties to me initially. We accepted the offer needed within three weeks, and completed on the sale 7 weeks after accepting the offer. Every interaction I had with everyone in the team was easy, they all know their stuff and are friendly and helpful. They were incredibly responsive and certainly made the 'sell' bit of the process pain free.

The fees are competitive, and we were happy with what we paid.
