I can't recommend this company highly enough. From the start to the end of my lease, they were attentive and extremely helpful. The property itself was lovely. Big, spacious and great location - great value for money. Any issues with repairs, etc, G4 were approachable and friendly, and always there to help. What really impressed me was how well they handled the move out. I've had to chase letting agencies for deposits, but G4 were fantastic and even gave a checklist of things they'll need to refund the deposit, to make sure tenants could do so easily and efficiently. Keith was the property manager, and you couldn't ask for a nicer, more genuine chap to help with problems. Everyone in the office was great, in fact. Everyone knew your name when you popped in, and being a small company, you really felt valued as a customer. I'm very sad to be leaving the flat, and if I didn't need to move for my partner's job then I'd definitely keep on the property or rent another from G4.
