After sending me numerous service charge bills all varying in amounts i am now taking them to LVT. They are very unprofessional and never return emails or phone calls. They have sent me a service charge bill for the whole building not just my flat and wont amend it - but instead add more things such as electricity for the hall at £100 - which my tenants actually pay for on there meter. Many more inaccuraties but do NOT USE..... they are still trying to charge me for work NOT done in 2011
