I recently purchased a property where Nick was representing the vendor. Nick coordinated all matters between myself, Solicitors,the Vendor and Surveyor extremely promptly and efficiently. Like many sales there were several complications and I strongly believe that if it wasn't for Nick's professional and level headed approach the sale would have collapsed. He was a pleasure to deal with.
