I agree with the previous review - it says it all. I requested an update on an ongoing problem at our residential building. The company Director is clearly very inexperienced , and that's putting it mildly. He claims that there will be routine roof inspections, he wil be proactive etc. It is all a bluff .. He also claims that he will regularyly update residents so they are kept aware of any relevant matters pertaining to their development. However, when I requested information relating to a potential fire hazard caused by water ingress in the next door flat to the one I own - he has continued to refuse to disclose this vital information. His email responses are incomprehensible. He had the audacity to say that I should access this information from the Insurance Company - so clearly he is unaware of Data Protection Act 2010 whereby information cannot be passed to a third party. His behaviour beggars belief. I am aware that anyone who has been unfortunate enough to have to make direct contact has been disatisfied with the company's attitude and what appears to be a clear lack of knowledge. Annan in my opinion do not live up to the claims they have on their website and I would strongly discourage anyone from approaching this company for the purposes of property management.. I know I am not the only resident who is disgusted with the behaviour of this company.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Communicate properly - stop being so rude - deal with issues timeously. Use recognised tradesmen - be honest about insurance claims.
Stop offering empty promises [as per website] Act in a professional way and at least make an attempt to learn how to run the business, or employ people who do.
