Awful. The staff are incredibly rude and the management are a joke. We stayed with them and it felt like they didn't care about us at all and were only interested in looking after their landlords. We found one of the directors Lesley incredibly rude and incompetent and everytime we tried to speak to her about problems we were having she either pushed the blame onto us or behaved as though we were a total inconvenience. If you see any of their properties up for rent you should avoid at all costs and go see anyone of the dozens of other letting agents in hull.

Yep!!! Tried doing the same to me, funnily enough half the stuff they complained about I reported to them to sort! Also reported to CT that I moved, ended my tenancy so good luck with that one! (they tried this with me too) ...
