If your thinking of putting your property on the market think twice about going with HAART.
Massive fees*.
Customer service is the worst I've experienced all very good for the first 14 days once contract is signed and the promises they give you to think your doing the best choice going with them so that they don't loose you as a customer, but after its TERRIBLE . From the day of signing contract takes a big company 3 weeks just to get a board put outside my house with numerous chasing I get different stories and excuses (not forgetting I'm paying for them to advertise my property)Keep chasing for feed back from my viewings as they don't have the the ability to pick up the phone to let me know, but then they say they have a log of calls they made to me YEAH AFTER I KEPT CHASING YOUR OFFICE(keep your records of calls, which I've done, and can say it's more calls made than received from them)
In regards to them arranging the viewings, they let you know the amount of people coming but then what a surprise comes the day of the viewing and no where the amount of people turn up like they said would come and instead of just sitting waiting making the vendor think your waiting for customers they instead go on there personal phone checking social media, oh and not forgetting when you do chase them for feed back they make up the feed back like advised to me from 2 different viewings customers saying exactly the same but not the normal of (price to high or needs work to small)but complete different which I find very hard to believe that 2 different customers on different occasions viewing my property would say exactly the same but not the normal feed back.
Unfortunately now because they are to scared for me to PROOF them that another agency can do a much better job than them they are holding me against there contract and not allowing me to put my property on the market until contract expires.
SO PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY THAT CHARGE BIG FEES FOR THE MOST TERRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE
