Megan was really helpful when we contacted Davis Tate for advice about potentially renting out our property. We initially just wanted some information and she came round and spent a long time patiently going through all of the options. She let us know absolutely everything we needed to do to get our property ready for rent and wasn't pushy in any way, giving us lots of time to think over our options and making us feel really supported as it was something which we were a little unsure about. She advised us on everything, from amount of rent to charge to legal requirements. Her customer service and support was outstanding throughout the whole process.
