My wife and I had never rented our property before we were introduced to Kevin.

When we met Kevin we were very impressed with his honesty and knowledge. Kevin walked us through the rental process and introduced us to Charlotte. Charlotte 'fine tuned' the process and in turn introduced Carol and I to the rental team, including Ros.

We were reassured by the whole team and it was an easy step to take, fully supported at all levels.

I have equally been impressed with the support teams behind the rental team, DIY, gardener, glazier, painter and plumber. Potential problems were quickly dealt with.

Towards the end of the rental period, my wife and I were fully supported by Ros and Charlotte in dealing with potential issues.

When we decided to sell the property, a meeting with Kevin promoted a smooth transition from the rental team to the sales team; we have been equally impressed with the sales team. The team has been very informative and supportive and we couldn't have wished for a better service, liaising fully with us, our solicitor, the buyer and the buyer's solicitor.

I am pleased to say that Sue has agreed to take the utility meter readings on the day of completion, and forward the relevant readings to me so that I can then inform the utility companies.

We have had a little stress towards the exchange of contracts, but thankfully everyone has been pulling in the same direction.

We owe a great deal to the Kevin Henry team for the rental and sale of our valued property.
