Avoid at all costs! My sister and I only tolerated this for 6 months then moved out but the list is long so I'll just pick out the highlights. When we viewed the property I could smell gas - the estate agent told me that it was because the fridge had been turned off for a while. It was actually a gas leak. I had to call Transco myself who shut off the gas and confirm a leak on the cooking hob before Harrison Ingram did anything about it. When we agreed to move in we were promised that the carpets will be changed as they were quite dirty. Just before moving in we were informed that the carpet will be cleaned instead - the carpet was still dirty. Next there were mice - we had to send a pic of the mouse in the trap before they did anything. Next there was damp in the bedrooms - I had to call environmental health to push Harrison Ingram to do something. Despite showing evidence of our problems Harrison Ingram always insisted that there either wasn't a problem or that the previous tenants didn't have the problem. They are cowboys. I wouldn't recommend you put yourself through unnecessary stress. I have never contacted an organisation as often as I did with them.

Fee was reasonable for the area we lived in but for the service we received - absolutely not. They are very patronising. Its as if they were all trained to speak to customers like they were born yesterday.

What agent could do to change your mind?
