I put an offer in for a flat.was told at the time that o alwith could improof the offer.rang by the end of the week,Friday afternoon 4pm ish,to be told that there was no news .made more plans over the weekend, went back to the property, to find 8.30am monday morning online that the flat was sold.
Rang up to talk to the same guy from Friday to get lame excuses.rang back to speak to manager.
He seems to agree with my frustration and would investigate and ring back.nothing.on Wednesday morning the original guy who felt with me rang me to explain that the flat had gone.my grief ment wasn't mentioned in any way and I got the impression that he was trying to tell me that this is all proper, how things are done,
I couldn't believe how he and the manager had worked out a scheme to make it look like nothing wrong had be done.
Weeks later I got a curtesy call how I would rate baker Pearce.when I told her my story, she seems as horrified as me and said she would pass this on and I could expect a call from the manager, again,
Weeks gone by and I'm sure I been long forgotten.yes you guessed it, no call again from the manager.
P.s. I forgot to mention that I got I got a letter explaining how the flat was gone, but I could alwith raise my offer in the future.
What would the person who thought he bought the flat have made of this?
Comment on agent fees
I paid none.
