We are very pleased with the process and service received from Helmores. We had to relocate suddenly and were in a hurry to find a property to rent. Helmores was very compassionate and helpful with finding a property very quickly, which we really appreciated. Excellent, professional and friendly customer services was provided throughout the entire process, which made finding a property a lot easier. Helmore's entire team promptly responded to any of our queries. However, Mike specifically was very professional, helpful and friendly. Moving houses is generally a stressful process; however, Mike allowed this process of finding a place to be stress free. Therefore, we highly recommend Helmores.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
