The team down in Edinburgh is terrible. Poor communication skills. They all say different things, they use a threatening approach, for example l reported a vaccum cleaner that was not working properly and the 1st thing l was told was ' just to warn you that if the vaccum cleaner is working we will charge you

This is the same with most agents, if any maintenance company are sent out to rectify a problem and it is proven it was by fault of the tenant, the charge is passed onto the tenant and not the landlord.

Look at the age of the review and the response. None of the responses are from our staff. However Gerry has pointed out exactly what we were doing and we would do the same if it were a blocked drain, washing machine etc. It is only fair to warn a Tenant if they have caused a problem they will be responsible to rectify it rather than just sending them an invoice after the event.

Just looked at this. I think they were just warning you that if the vaccuum cleaner was blocked by you, there will be a fee as this is down to the use. They do not deserve your critisism

This is not my experience. The Edinburgh Team are brilliant and were always courteous and gave us the benefit of doubt
