I have been very impressed with MyLondonHome - at the start of our tenancy the particular person assigned as our account manager wasn't the fastest at coming back to us with any issues however any problems we did have were sorted out eventually. When the account manager changed to Lisa the improvement was noticeable - even though sometimes the solution couldn't be given there and then as contractors had to be called out etc, she replied almost straight away to my messages. This was reassuring and is what tenants really need - we don't expect an instant fix but we do need quick responses so we know something will be done about any issues.
Annette was great too - we really only dealt with her at the renewal of our tenancy the first time and when we gave notice and she was excellent - very flexible, sensible and realistically accommodating of our needs.
We also met Daniel a couple of times when we were looking at bigger properties once we gave notice on our present flat; he managed lets in the Perspective building and he was excellent - very knowledgeable and not over sales-y. He took time to show us round some places just to give us a flavour of what could become available even though we weren't in a position to move there and then. There was absolutely no guarantee that we were going to re-rent with the agency and he was still happy to accommodate us. In the end it was a shame we couldn't stay with MLH (through no fault of theirs - a case of what they had available didn't match our timeline) as we would have rested easier knowing we'd be dealing with the same people for the next few years.
All in all I think MLH are great and we're sorry that this time we can't rent through them again!
