I had an issue with the heating in my flat and called Comfort to sort it out. My heating and hot water was not working due to low water pressure and because of the cold weather we were having at the time I was really keen to get the problem fixed quickly. Josh and Hannah were most helpful and managed to get into my flat and sort out the problem. I was having a very busy day at work and I was so happy to have been able to leave the problem with them. When I got home after a very long day, I was so delighted to find that the issue had been rectified. Josh and Hannah sorted it with efficiency, with no hassle and extremely promptly. I feel that I can trust them when I have a problem and I have the confidence that they can deal with an issue without my having to chase them up on it. They are very professional, friendly and helpful and I am very glad to have them as my agents.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
