Worst letting agency I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. All contact with the agency was rude. They imposed random charges without being in contracts or being told in advance. The house was unsafe without any form of fire safety. They let multiple people live in single rooms to get people to fill they're ridiculously over-priced rooms. They gave two of my housemates 6 hours to vacate the premises because the council were coming round and they didn't have the license for that many people in the house.
They didn't care about the black mould in the house that took six months to get rid of, they screamed at one of my housemates down the phone when they complained.
Overall, the worse experience I have had living in a house, and that includes my time as a student
