Lian and the team at Wellington Wise Hitchin helped us so much during our house move. They were very proactive with updates and contacting buyer and solicitors. Our sale did encounter problems (not related to anyting the agents did) and it was great to have Lian at the end of the phone with a cool head and lots of great advise. She even called the removal company on our behalf when the exchange was down to the wire (4.45pm the day before we moved). Everyone in the office was friendly an approachable and I would recommend this company to anyone.

We initially chose Wellington Wise because they'd sold our neighbour's property, where others had failed. They also had a great rate, and as we previously had no success with a larger local agent, Wellington Wise were the obvious choice.
