Terrible service!! was supposed to be viewing a property, they said they would confirm via email..never did, so i emailed them , then they came back and said 'not sure now as occupier hasn't confirmed'
Day of viewing still nothing, emailed - totally ignored , viewing appointment time came and went, emailed and called ..nothing.
Appalling customer service, i would suggest everyone use someone else, they certainly wont make their commission from me , i will be going with a firm with some level of customer service
