Not the greatest of help with regard to this estate agent found * the lady I dealt with rude and abrubt definitely not a people person which put my back up, it's not what she said but the way she said it! Definition in the wrong job and I would avoid using in future

Dear Annabelle,
We are very surprised to receive this review.
We have no Tenants called Annabelle on our books and the only properties priced at £1200pcm have all long term tenants in situ. As a small company we thrive on the fact that we know all of our Landlords and Tenants personally therefore we would appreciate if you could advise us of the property address so we can look into this matter in more detail.
