Commuted by bus from Canterbury to Whitstable to view property with my husband and 2 year old (while pregnant). Estate agent who confirmed viewing did not show up. Subsequently received an email indicating a conditional requirement to see their viewings is to meet with their recommended mortgage dealer prior to viewing properties! I told them "no, we have our own bank plus cash" and the company refused to provide viewings of properties they represent to sell. Completely misled and misleading. Do NOT work with this company at all. Avoid immediately. Scammers.
