I strongly advise everyone to avoid using these **disgraceful excuse of estate agents.
On two occasions we booked viewings with both Kevin and Nathan. They told me an employee (Stephen) will be meeting us. After arriving at the property both times we were told tat they had no contact information on a proposed viewing and that they do not even have a Stephen who works for them.
I wasted 2 half days holiday from work.
I later found out the property was sold to a developer**.
I have been dealing in property with my family for years and have never come across such a *estate agent.
Do yourself a favour and don't bother contacting them as it will only be a waste of your time.
The day can't come sooner when then are closed down.

Not pushed the sale to dangerously at the end, it was clear there was lying going on and its nothing something you can mess about with, this is peoples lives.Attached Filesnbsp;
