We have a number of professional and student properties that in the past were let through a couple of other agents.
we decided a few years ago, to give comfort lettings a chance due to their enthusiasm.
The first couple of years they did really well and we were more than happy with the service, so we passed a few more over to them, now most of our portfolio is with them. the rest will follow.
we feel they have surpassed our expectations and trust them completely. They achieve good rent and good tenants.
The company is run in a professional way but retains a friendly down to earth working relationship.They are good in everything they do, not just for the landlord but for the tenant as well.
The team are lovely to work with, they do their best to help when its needed and to take the stress out of renting.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
