I arranged the sale of this property for my elderly aunt. The professional and dignified manner in which Ian handled the delicate situation was really outstanding. He treated my Aunt with the upmost respect making it so much easier for her to cope with.
Rona then took over with most of the work concerning the viewings and then sale. We had three offers within four days and after accepting an offer close to the asking price the whole thing went through in about 5.5 weeks. During that time we had extra help from Helmores with filling out the property questionair. We really didn't know all the answers and they were happy to go up to the house and investigate for us. The team at Helmores were always polite and very cheerful.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
