Curt and unhelpful telephone manner. After going through Jean's request to promptly answer questions via email to which I clearly passed all questions I was then contacted stating there would be an hour window to view property due to amount of interest. I again promptly replied with a resounding yes please, only to receive an email stating professional persons seeking long term had been selected to view! Absolutely furious as I am a business person and I had clearly stated looking for very long lease. Everything about this agent felt uncomfortable and huffy. The owner of the property surely is paying to be presented with candidates surpassing their criteria? After all it is they who end up having to deal with tenants moving again and therefore having to go through the process, thereby spending more money. Seems to me this agent felt someone such as myself seeking 5 year term with a reliable past of 8 years renting doesn't bring them that application fee money on shorter lease terms! Complete waste of time.

this is a blatant lie - all telephone calls/email addresses noted yesterday,18th May, when calls taken for viewings at the PO5 property, and there was no conversation with 'john'. ...
