We have been renting flat through Citi Quays for last three years.

Initially, we were put off by the letting agent who we dealt with - Ryan, however after three years we can now say we were very happy with them overall.

We have had some problems along the way -- our fridge has broken twice, we had problems with boiler. At all times, Citi Quays staff helped us solve the problem for us relatively quickly (face it - some of the problems are not that quick and easy to solve) and kept us informed of progress at all times.

I dealt with staff at quite a few occasions -- they were always very friendly, kind, nice and responded promptly to my questions / problems. Especially girls from the office - Debbie, Jorgia and Hayley -- thank you for all the help over the last three years, girls!

End of tenancy was very painless, too. Viewings were done at convenient for us times and Debbie organised them in 'chunks' (eg. 5 viewings over 30 minutes; not 5 viewings - one an hour like some of the agencies tend to do).

Rent deposit was returned to us within 72hrs from time we handed the keys over which is very impressive; they have deducted some money for things we missed during cleaning however informed us about that before they deducted the money (and we agreed to the deduction).

To sum up -- I highly recommend Citi Quays. And even more, I am now considering using them again!
