Poor communication throughout. Lied to our existing tenants. Very slow to return calls, and then they were usually from someone who wasn't managing the let. Had to be chased up for everything. Tenancy agreement riddled with errors. Cocky, boastful attitudes. Nowhere near good enough for the amount they charge. We just felt like they saw us as a cash cow.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have be honest, helpful, communicative, prompt, accurate, respectful and competent.
