I am shocked with how unprofessional this company have been. No communication. My partner and I have had to continuously contact the office. They lack customer service and do not give complete details. Had 3 issues with tenancy fees when moving in. They added £145 in fees that were not explained on the first fee quote! Make sure you keep all paperwork as when we queried this we was told sometimes we do sometimes we don't. As a Landlord they are appalling. Maintenance issues to which my partner and I are unwitting a disrepair report and complaint. Their response was we have done as best we can when no repairs have taken place. Told different information from countrywide head office and Midhurst King and Chasemore office. Our landlord has agreed to let us leave before the tenancy ends if King and Chasemore find another tenant, However, the property is not being advertised and they are not communication with us until our tenancy is coming to an end! Even our new Landlord has complained about how rude they have been to them! I advise all to not rent a property with this company. They lie, are not consistent and most definitely are not trained in customer service. I am so disappointed as for a big company I thought their standards would be high.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Horrendous! Added fees expecting us to not see they had added them. Changed our moving date without our consent and wanted to charge us for changing the date!
