Have had a great experience with Helmores they took some very good pictures of the flat which sold quickly. From then it took awhile but this was due to it being leasehold. The communication throughout was very good and James kept the sale moving forward at critical stages.

It could always be cheaper but Helmores seem competitive

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
