AVOID ! Would not use this company to sell my property, they were doing a scheme were you get a free home report. You never get anything for free its all included in the selling price, I found out the hard way my advice is to get your own home report, they used there sister company Connells, to do the home report, the valuation was very low, so I decided to get my own home report done by a reputable company and they valued my property seven thousand pounds more. In my opinion Connells, under valued my property so Allen and Harris, could sell my property quicker thus getting their selling fee and reaching targets, it also looks good having sold signs popping up on the for sale boards.

That review is a true reflection of this joke of a company, I also found out they are appointed by connells who undervalued my property too, I now have complaint going to the estate agency ombudsman regarding some issues I have experienced. Would never recommend to anyone.
