Edwardian Homes are the cheapest I've found for miles under £1000 including VAT. I liked their friendly approach no pressure. Nothing too much trouble every time I phoned. Viewings were accompanied and all went smoothly selling my house.I was a bit dubious at first being a new agent but pleasantly surprised how professional they came across, it was the cheap fees that swayed me so glad I used them. Agent fees are higher in relation to others in Coventry but having experienced the service I can see where it goes and is worth the expense.
